By accessing www.theprimelogistics.com or booking any transportation and packing services with The Prime Logistics, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Clients must provide valid legal documents for car or bike transport, including a copy of the Registration Certificate (RC), valid insurance papers, Pollution Certificate (PUC), and owner's ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN). The client is fully responsible for the authenticity of these documents.
We provide 100% transit insurance assistance to cover unforeseen damages during transit. Insurance claims are subject to the terms and policies of the respective insurance underwriting company. Claims must be reported immediately at the time of delivery inspection. Loose personal items kept inside the vehicle boot are transported at the owner's risk and are not covered under standard vehicle transit insurance.
Quotations provided are based on vehicle type, distance, and chosen carrier option (open carrier or enclosed container). Advance payment or token amount is required at the time of booking confirmation. Balance payments must be cleared prior to final delivery or unloading of goods/vehicles.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith based on average transit conditions across routes (e.g., Agra to Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore). However, delays caused by weather conditions, roadblocks, mechanical breakdowns, or legal/traffic inspections are beyond our direct control.
All legal disputes or claims arising out of services provided by The Prime Logistics shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Agra / Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
